Objective:
Come up with a design brief for a brand in the industry of your choice. Animate said logo in Adobe After Effects.
My Thoughts:
For this project, I immediately knew I wanted to do something in the food industry, but I wanted Chat GPT to come up with the brief so I didn’t know what aspect of the food industry I would be tackling. In the end, it came up with this:
“TastyBites is an innovative food brand revolutionizing culinary experiences through convenient and delectable products. From savory snacks to delightful desserts, TastyBites uses natural ingredients to ensure every bite is a delightful journey for customers. TastyBites targets diverse customers, including professionals seeking on-the-go treats, food enthusiasts exploring flavors, health-conscious individuals opting for wholesome options, and families in search of enjoyable shared treats. Create a versatile, recognizable logo reflecting playfulness and innovation.”
In the end, the final product was a playful logo that fulfilled what Chat GPT wanted. This was where the project ended though. The assignment needed the logo animated as well. For my animated logo, I still wanted to stay true to the feel of the brand, so I wanted to keep a playful element in the final animation. I believe the end product stayed true to that desire.
